Your label shouldn't be a compromise. At Onpack, every element of the specification is open — size, shape, substrate, finish, colour and data. Whether you need a standard rectangle or a complex custom die-cut shape, a gloss BOPP for a chilled beverage or a BS5609-capable marine-grade film, a warm gold foil or a clear-on-clear no-label look — we specify it, print it and finish it here in Melbourne.
Adhesive choice matters just as much as the face stock. We match the adhesive to the environment: permanent, removable, freezer-grade, cosmetic-safe, hotmelt or BS5609-rated. If your labels run on an applicator line, we'll also configure the roll — width, core size, wind direction and labels per roll — to fit your equipment without modification.
Variable data is available across the run. Batch numbers, expiry dates, sequential numbering and QR codes can all be incorporated at print, with no additional manual work downstream.

The process starts with a brief — tell us about your product, container, environment and the volume you're working with. If you're not sure on substrates or finishes, we'll send a free sample pack so you can feel the difference between a soft-touch laminate and a standard gloss, or compare a no-label-look BOPP against a textured estate paper, before committing to a spec.
From there, our team puts together a full specification and reviews your artwork for any print or technical issues before the job goes to press. We flag problems before they become costly reprints. Once the artwork is approved, your labels are produced on digital or flexo depending on volume, finished and laminated, put through 100% camera inspection, and dispatched Australia-wide.
