Customers must supply compliant, press-ready artwork including correct pictograms, signal words, H-statements and P-statements — Onpack does not offer GHS compliance drafting or regulatory review.
Yes — we supply label constructions built on BS5609-rated substrate. The certification is held by the substrate manufacturer; customers with IMDG shipping requirements should confirm their specific obligations with their dangerous-goods consultant.
Yes — we specify polyester (PET) substrates with chemical-resistant inks and laminates appropriate to the specific application. Tell us the chemistry and we’ll recommend the correct construction.
From around –40 °C (freezer-grade adhesive) to +150 °C and above (hotmelt adhesive), depending on the substrate-adhesive system specified.
Yes — variable data is a native capability of our digital print process. Sequential batch, lot and serial numbers, QR codes, DataMatrix codes and GS1-128 barcodes are all supported.
Standard polyester + UV-resistant ink + laminate construction is typically rated for several years outdoors in Australian conditions. We specify based on your exposure profile.
