Digital label printing puts your artwork directly onto self-adhesive labels using advanced printing technologies — without the printing plates or screens traditionally needed in flexographic or offset printing. Ideal for short and medium runs, frequent design changes, and on-demand production.
There’s no rigid minimum. We regularly produce runs from 100 labels for sampling and product launches up to 100,000+ for ongoing SKUs. The cost-effective sweet spot is 500 to 50,000 labels per design.
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from approved artwork. Express options are available for urgent launches and reprints — talk to our team for current lead times.
We prefer print-ready PDFs with vector artwork, embedded fonts, CMYK or Spot PMS colour and 3 mm bleed. See our full Artwork Setup Guide for dieline guides, white-ink set-up and resolution requirements.
Yes. Our digital presses simulate the vast majority of the Pantone library with the highest accuracy. For brand-critical colours we proof against your Pantone reference. A small number of fluorescents and specialty Pantones are better matched via flexographic spot colour.
Paper (gloss, matte, textured), white and clear polypropylene (BOPP), polyethylene, vinyl, metallised films and a range of recycled and compostable stocks. See our Substrate Guide or request a sample pack.
